How To Make A Return?

Please note that the customer will bear all return shipping costs unless the original products are defective.

Return Eligibility

Returns can be requested within 14 days from the date you’ve received all your items. Please note that the refund process might be suspended once you open a dispute, the processing time of which could take up to 75 days. Kindly contact our support team at support@sesanni.com for any questions or requests. Items must not be washed, altered, or damaged, and must come with original package and original tags attached. All sale items, bikini, bodysuits, and accessories (except for scarves) are not eligible for return. If your order is purchased through store credits accumulated from previous returns, the order is not eligible for return.

RETURN PROCESS

How to return my orders?

Email us at support@sesanni.com with title "Return Request: #XXXXXX(Your Order Number)". Please note that you can only submit ONE request for each order. Tell us the item(s) you would like to return and the reason for return. We'll be in touch with instructions for your return after we receive your information.

Alternatively, you can now manage your return entirely on your own.
After emailing us at support@sesanni.com and receiving confirmation, you can use our self-service return portal to submit your return request independently. You will be able to upload your return label or tracking information and ship the item(s) to the following address:

To proceed with the return, please carefully follow the instructions below:


Return Conditions

  • Products must be in perfect condition, unused, with their original packaging and/or bags, labels, instructions, and all included items.
  • The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was purchased.

Return Procedure

  1. Notify Us of Your Return
    Send an email to support@sesanni.com indicating your intention to return the product. Please wait for confirmation.

  2. Package the Items
    Properly pack the item and its original packaging to ensure its integrity during transport.

  3. Include in the Package
    Inside the package, please include the following:

    • Your full name
    • Order number

  4. Shipping Method
    You may use your preferred postal or courier service. We recommend choosing a standard shipping service with tracking as the sender is responsible for any damages, non-delivery, or delays.
    The return shipping and packaging costs are to be covered by the customer.

  5. Customs Declarations (For International Returns)
    Before returning the item, check with your local authorities if it is possible to reclaim any taxes or VAT paid.
    When completing the customs declaration forms (CN22 and/or CN23), please indicate:
    "Returned goods – Failed sale"
    Attach these forms to the outside of the package.


Important Notes

  • Please ensure you follow the return process carefully. If customs duties/fees are applied, the package will NOT be accepted and will either be held at customs or returned to you, with any additional costs at your expense.
  • Once we receive the items, they will undergo a thorough inspection to ensure they meet return conditions. If any signs of use are detected, the return will be refused.
  • Upon passing inspection, you will receive a refund for the value of the returned products within 14 business days of receipt.
  • The refund will be issued using the same payment method as the original purchase. Please note that the refund may take a few extra days to appear in your account, depending on the type of payment card used.
    In the case of credit cards, the refund may appear in the following month's statement, although it should be visible in your card's transaction history.

Additional Information

  • If the returned items do not meet the conditions or are damaged due to improper handling by the customer, the refund will be denied (with the option to have the items shipped back to you at your expense) or processed partially.
  • Gift cards are not eligible for return.
  • If you do not receive any updates within 14 business days of returning the item, please contact our customer service team at: support@sesanni.com.

 

REFUND PAYMENT

Where is my refund?

The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method.

For Gift Card payments: The refund will be issued to your gift card account as full store credits equal to the returned item(s). For Bank Transfer, Paypal payments or Klarna payments: Option 1 - Gift Card: full store credits equal to the returned item(s) and plus an additional 20% of that price. Option 2 - Cash: refund to the original payment account. Please note that the original shipping fee will be deducted.

How long will it take to get my refund?

After we receive your return parcel, we will process your refund within 5 business days and refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. You'll receive a confirmation email when the item has been refunded. Please allow additional processing time for the refund, which varies by your payment method/card issuer

Upon receipt by our warehouse team, returns will be processed within 7-12 business days with the refund posting back to your original method of payment.

EXCHANGES:

If you would like to make an exchange, we ask that you place a new order for the item you want before returning the original item. This ensures that we have the item in stock and that it will ship immediately. You can then return your original item for a refund in the manner describe above.
